Astrology has been a fascinating and interesting subject for all since times. In  the last decade, the  way astrology has reached to common man in different forms and through different channels may it be print media, electronic media or through any other communication medium has made a specific mindset of people for this science. To my opinion it has not been presented in a very correct , elaborative, technical and scientific form which IT IS.  If your understanding about the astrology comes from what you see or listen on tv or media than be aware that you are likely to be misinformed about the facts in favour and against of astrology.

There has been research done in the field of astrology in various parts of the world  including India with most of the researchers and scientist from Europe and western part but base is ancient indian astrology. I am pretty sure that 99.9 % of astrologers seen on  Indian television channels and shows are not at all aware of the recent research done on Astrology in modern era. There are scientist and researchers who have given a new dimension in the field of astrology. Researchers like Arthur Mather (Scotland), Ivan Kelly (Canada), Professor Hans Eysenck (1916-1997),  Dr David Nias, Rudolf Smit (Netherlands), Geoffrey Dean (Australia), Suitbert Ertel (Germany), Koenig van de moortel, Alan Leo, Arthur Mather have contributed towards a new paradigm in modern astrology.

Vedic Mathematics and Astrology also have few things in common. There are specific use of probabilistic theories done in calculations in modern scientific astrology. The mathematics involved in correlation is oftenly used in micro level analysis. The use of permutations and combinations is done in KP (krishnamurty paddhati) of astrology. n C r (p) r (q) n-r  where p is the probability of happening and event and q is the probability of non occurrence of event, can be acceptedly used in Prashna Jyotish.  The enchanting effect are proved scientifically. Sound as a form of energy and it's effect in astrology is a diverse subject all together and the basic law here stands goods as " Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed it can only be transformed from one form to other" The research in astrological Enchantings have shown that it provides a vital energy flow in the atmosphere. The question of positive and negative energy is out of he scope of this post.

The transformation of energy through radiations coming from sun, moon and other planets have a significant say in scientific astrology. Specific Remedies for Shani / Saturn

1) Worship Hanuman ji every tuesday and saturday. This is the best remedy to pacify the evil effects of saturn in any house during any transit.
2)  Enchanting the below shani namaskar mantra 108 times each day starting from saturday will be beneficial.

"Om Nilanjana Samabhasam ravi-putram yamagrajam

chaya martanda sambhutam tam namami shanaishcharan"

(prefrabaly on shani amavasya) during day time between the sun rise and sun set. This will pacify the negative effects of saturn in your horoscope.

4) Take surma in a black cotton cloth and bury this along with the cloth in an deserted land where there is no cultivation present. This will enhance your business and help in expansion of thoughts, deeds and work. Perform this on saturday in the late evening time.

Shani transit in Tula Raashi - Part I

Transit of Saturn : Tula Raashi : 14th Nov 2011

By the time this post is published, ASTROLOGICALLY  the saturn would be transiting in Tula rasshi (said to be uccha raashi for Shani, and suppose to give good results in this phase). Saturn is named after Roman god of Agriculture, Father of Jupiter in Roman mythology.

As per Hindu mythology and vedic astrology the Saturn and Sun are termed as  Son and Father. The Sun got married to Sandhya (Chhaya - the shadow godess), who was the daughter of Vishwakarma ( Hindu god of Architecture who is said to build the architect of Lanka, Dwarka, Hasthinapur, Indraprasth). Shani is the elder brother of Yama (God of death) as well. 

The Shani leads the masses. Astrologically Shani is a planet which governs the law and order. Good for righteous and evil for wrong. "One of the factual thing I want to specify here is that Shani hardly effects hard wroking people and people in starving and struggle. No offence, but Shani cant take any thing from one who has nothing to give". Shani effects the top shots in every field with grace and grevience as per the karma. Raja harishchandra and Raja Vikramaditya instances are there in past who got ill effected from shani due to negligence and telling lie to shani. Kundali No 1: number specified in the house where chandrama is located is 9 : therefore the Raashi is : Dhanu
Kundali No 2: number specified in the house where chandrama is located is 10 : therefore the Raashi is : Makar
Kundali No 3: number specified in the house where chandrama is located is 7 : therefore the Raashi is : tula
Kundali No 4: number specified in the house where chandrama is located is 1 : therefore the Raashi is : mesh
Kundali No 5: number specified in the house where chandrama is located is 4 : therefore the Raashi is : karka

So you just need to know that which number stands for a particular Raashi, and here it is

Global I.T. Slowdown !! Where is the end !!!

Astrologically Information Technology (Technical Aspects) is governed by the planet Saturn and Jupiter. The past history of global/economic slowdown in 1913, 1929, 1963, 2001 and 2008 if analysed astrologically, the transit showed the combination of Jupiter and Rahu on verge of every economic slowdown. In 2001 slowdown there was combination of jupiter and rahu in transit. Again in 2008 end there was a combination of Jupiter and Rahu in transit (Started from 17th October2008) which has given a slowdown globally effecting the I.T. sector.
